Mrs. Moss the Director says “The interns are an integral part of our program, because of their natural interest in wanting to learn more about the developmental stages of children. And the fact that before they arrive on-site most of the interns have had some experience within a childcare environment. Therefore, this makes it easily vided program because the interns already understand many educational theories and they have a good understanding of the age group milestones and the new laws and policies in place to run a successful program. Due to this they support our team each year and has been an added addition to the Healthy Toddlers Care program.
Mrs. Moss goes on to state: That because of their experience they are first in line for hire. Healthy Toddlers Care recruit’s students who have interned at her site for summer work, and some have worked for over a year at this location. Interns are aware that Moss has a lot to offer.
