Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that my participation as an intern at Healthy Toddlers Care is completely voluntary. I understand that working with young children involves inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to communicable illnesses, minor injuries, and unpredictable behavior. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.

Hold Harmless & Financial / Medical Responsibility

I agree to hold Healthy Toddlers Care, its owners, staff, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of my participation. I understand that I am responsible for my own medical costs in the event of injury, and that this internship is an unpaid learning experience with no expectation of financial compensation.

18+ Age & Legal Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and legally competent to enter into this agreement. I understand that by initialing and signing below, I am executing a legally binding acknowledgment of the terms outlined in this onboarding packet.

Home Room App & Social Media / Photo Sharing Policy

I understand that classroom photos and updates may be shared with enrolled families through the Home Room app and approved secure platforms. I agree never to photograph, download, or share images of children on personal devices or social media, and to follow all confidentiality and privacy standards at all times.

Dress Code & Professional Standards Compliance

I agree to comply with the Healthy Toddlers Care dress code and professional appearance standards, including closed-toe non-slip shoes, appropriate active clothing, restrained hair and jewelry, and wearing my identification lanyard at all times on site.
